Breakfast is often regarded being the most important meal of the day, and while this is true, lunch time is important to fuel your body during mid-day.

A well-balanced lunch can help you achieve the essential vitamins, and minerals your body needs

in order to function optimally. It also helps keep your body from going into starvation mode, which often leads to overeating later in the night.

Most people neglect eating properly at lunch due to a busy work schedule, but even snacking throughout the day can help you get the nutrients you need, and prevent you from overeating later in the day.
