Swim-backglideStand up tall with your ears over your shoulders and your face pointed forwards. This is the position you want your body to be in for your front and back crawl. Focus your head at the bottom of the pool for your front crawl or directly at the ceiling for your back crawl.

By having proper body alignment, you reduce the amount of drag in the water and create a streamlined body position in the water.
