November is Family Violence Prevention Month in Alberta. It’s a time to raise awareness about the prevalence of family violence in this province and how we can work to prevent it. This month is an opportunity to take action to learn more about what family violence is, how to identify warning signs and your role in building healthier communities.

To learn more about the dynamics of family violence and explore ways we can support those who are experiencing it, join Family Violence Educator Sarah Jensen on November 28 for her Recognizing and Responding to Family Violence Workshop. Click here for more information and to register.

This event is free to attend and all are welcome. Please share this opportunity widely with colleagues, students, and recent graduates.
