If you have not already done so, download the free SAFE@MacEwan app to access safety information and receive MacEwan Alert push notifications in the event of an urgent situation. It is important to have the app notifications turned on so that you receive these notifications.
How do I know my notifications are turned on?
- Open the SAFE@MACEWAN app.
- Tap About/Preferences.
- Tap Notification Settings.
- If not already enabled, tap the Enable Notifications button. It should display Notifications: Enabled
IMPORTANT: If you do not open the SAFE@MACEWAN app monthly, app notifications will be disabled.
How do I keep my app up to date?
- Open the SAFE@MACEWAN app.
- Tap About/Preferences.
- Tap Data Update.
- Tap Check For Updates button.
