Ordering for Spring 2023 deployment is now open. The last day for ordering is December 9, 2022.

Requestors are invited to an ordering assistance session (in-person only). We hope that these sessions will help streamline the preparation and ordering process for the next deployment cycle.

The purpose of these in-person sessions is for CPPAM, ITS and EPACs to be available to assist you with placing your deployment orders live. We will be available to answer questions as you submit your orders. You are not required to attend for the entire length of the session but can come and go as you are able.

Please bring your own device! This is not a lab setting, so you will need your own laptop to order.

We have sessions scheduled for the following dates:

November 30, 1-4 p.m., 10-601

December 5, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., 10-685

December 8, 9 a.m.-12 p.m., 10-601

Meeting invites will not be sent for the December 5 and 8 sessions. We will leave it up to individuals to block your calendars if needed.
