Starting Monday, February 28, internal departments can request space on campus for conference-related activities for Fall 2022 and Winter 2023. Get your bookings in early as space fills up fast.

1. Virtual and Hybrid Events

Yes! We will still offer both virtual and hybrid options. You may be moving forward with in-person events, but not everyone is returning to in-person. That’s why we are still offering services for both virtual and hybrid events. This includes both streaming and recording your event for a remote audience.

Whether you’re moving ahead with a hybrid or fully virtual event, we’re ready to support you through a variety of virtual platforms on a cost-recovery basis.

2. Online Registration

Know who’s coming before the day of with our easy online registration. Tracking attendees at events is now more important than ever to ensure you can accommodate safe distancing practices and ensure you meet any restriction capacities. Conference and Event Services continues to offer a full suite of online registration services from basic RSVP sites to robust multifunction sites with fully customized reports. Our virtual platforms also feature secure registration including PCI compliant fee-collection.
