We are excited to announce that our new electronic Grade Change Form is available now for immediate use.
This form was developed as part of the university’s Electronic Forms Efficiency Project. The electronic form includes a workflow to collect approvals and submit for processing. We are optimistic that this new form will improve the experience for everyone involved in the grade change process.
The Electronic Forms Efficiency Project is a form redevelopment project that involves the redevelopment of various forms currently in use at MacEwan University using a centralized forms management solution. The Grade Change Form is the first form released by the OUR.
The Grade Change Form will continue to be accessed through the Forms Cabinet on myPortal.MacEwan.ca; however, the delivery of the form will be through a web browser instead of Adobe PDF reader. This new form is available now and should be used for the submission of any upcoming grade changes.
