On December 8, Premier Kenney announced additional measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 in Alberta including closures of fitness facilities. Sport and Wellness is preparing to re-open on January 18, barring further restrictions or extensions from the province and Alberta Health Services.
Due to the delay, Sport and Wellness is extending free access to our virtual courses until January 17 for anyone who registers by January 11 for Fabulous Four. This includes access to a library of Workout of the Day (WOD) recordings, plus access to Fitness on Demand, a 24/7 virtual fitness class platform you can experience anywhere.
Sign up now for Fabulous Four and improve your physical and mental health using your Access to University Learning Activities Funds!
