Volunteers needed for Spring 2024 Convocation
Spring 2024 Convocation will be on June 18, 19 and 20 at the Winspear Centre for Music. Call for volunteers is now open!
We need you to come help make this the best event yet! The success in past years have been mainly because of the dedication and sincerity of our amazing volunteers.

This year, we are trying something different. To enhance the graduate experience, we are organizing a Convocation Kick-Off event on June 13 and 14. Graduates can now pick up their gowns and tickets during this event as well as take photos behind backdrops and around campus – something that has not been done before! Many internal departments will also take part in this exciting event, including Alumni, faculties/schools, the MacEwan Bookstore and so many more. Volunteer opportunities for these two days are included in the form above.
