On or around April 16, Marigold crews will be performing drainage work on the west side of 116 Street, north of 104 Avenue.

To accommodate this work, traffic on 116 Street between 104 Avenue and 105 Avenue will be shifted east and a single lane in either direction will be maintained.

Pedestrian traffic will be maintained; however, detours may be in place. Please follow project wayfinding signage.

This work will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sundays), however, the traffic pattern will remain in place until the work is complete.

This traffic pattern is expected to last one month.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

Drivers:

  • Traffic on 116 Street between 104 Avenue and 105 Avenue will be shifted east.
  • A single lane of traffic in either direction will be maintained on 116 Street between 104 Avenue and 105 Avenue.
  • Turn movements will be maintained.

Pedestrians:

  • Pedestrian traffic will be maintained; temporary detours will be in place.
  • Please observe all project wayfinding signage in the area.

Other impacts:

    • Construction will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sundays).
    • There will be noise associated with this work. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to the public.
    • This work is expected to last one month.
