The Facilities Team is changing the process of submitting move, space, and project requests.  Instead of having 3 separate request forms, we ask customers to submit all requests through the Facilities Service Request form.

This change will streamline the process by reducing the number of forms. The Keys Request form and process remain unchanged. Please make sure to include as much detail as possible for all your requests for a smoother delivery of services.
