Empower yourself with life-saving knowledge by attending a comprehensive course on “Fire Extinguisher Use at MacEwan.”

This course will provide you with the knowledge necessary to evaluate and approach fires and effectively use a fire extinguisher. Attendees will learn about classes of fires and types of fire extinguishers. Guidance on the proactive elimination of fire hazards will also be covered.

Step 2: Register for the hands-on session through MacEwan Life.

The Office of Health, Safety and Environment is delighted to announce that there are hands-on sessions available in March and April 2024, so don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your safety skills.

Upon completion of the hands-on session, your final certificate will be emailed to you.
