This workshop is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer online quizzes and exams effectively and efficiently in mêskanâs, while ensuring a smooth and successful submission process for students. Participants will learn how to configure online exam settings, troubleshoot technical issues, manage user overrides (group override, ADR and Deferred Exams) and address common network issues that may arise during online exams. In addition, the workshop will cover strategies for managing student expectations and providing guidance on technical requirements to minimize disruptions during the online exam process.
