Many of the plants we associate with our holidays are celebrated because they bring green into our lives in the depths of winter.
Join MacEwan’s in-house plant enthusiast Dr. Tan Bao as he discusses the botany of some holiday plants. Learn more about the fascinating biology of plants such as the mistletoe, poinsettia and the conifers. Growing these plants indoors will also be discussed.
Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about anything plant related after the presentation.
