During the pandemic, some faculty recorded their Collaborate sessions so students could review them at a later date. To manage access to recordings and costs associated with storing recordings, MacEwan will be deleting ALL Collaborate recordings made prior to January 1, 2021.

This is an update to remind faculty that the recordings will be deleted on September 30, 2022.

If you would like to save your Collaborate recordings, follow the instructions on how to download Collaborate recordings and upload the recordings to Kaltura, our streaming video platform.

You should also download any Collaborate recordings you would like to save from your Blackboard courses. Once access to Blackboard ends in December 2022, you will no longer be able to access Collaborate recordings made from Blackboard courses.
