The Career Development Fund (CDF) covers tuition, conference registration and/or workshop fees for continuing MSA Members and Out of Scope employees in pay Band 5 or below.

The fund may be used for training that:

  • Enhances the employee’s capacity to perform work in their current role; or
  • Prepares the employee for an expanded or different role at MacEwan.

This fund now has a redesigned form to improve the approval workflow and administrative efficiency.

The new form will launch on September 6 and can be found in the forms cabinet. This redesign does affect the application process, so please familiarize yourself with the new form before applying.
