During the Reading Week break (February 19-27, 2022) the Room Booking System will be undergoing an upgrade. The upgrade includes a database conversion (Oracle to SQL) and an upgrade of the software (from version 2018 to 2021).

During this time, the web scheduling module as well as the room booking system will be unavailable. No online bookings are possible from February 19-27, 2022. This includes all student spaces (including library group study rooms) as well as casual bookings for classrooms and meeting rooms.

In advance of this upgrade, the scheduling office is alerting you to make all bookings for the week of February 21-25 as far in advance as possible. Users will have access to the web scheduling application until 3:00 pm on Friday, February 18th.

The scheduling office suggests gatekeepers print out the room schedules for the week of February 21-25, 2022 for those spaces you are responsible for booking. This will allow you to confirm if the room is available during the room booking system outage.
