If there is an immediate threat to life and/or property that requires immediate response from fire, police or ambulance, call 911 first, then call Security Services at 780-497-5555 to advise them of the situation. For non-urgent assistance, call Security Services at 780-497-5554.
Remember to do the following:
- Stay on the line with the dispatcher and remain calm.
- Provide the address and location of the emergency.
- Provide a thorough description of the incident to ensure appropriate resources are dispatched.
- Provide the dispatcher with your phone number in case you are disconnected.
