MacEwan has over 80,000 alumni – representing the university’s largest stakeholder audience!

Alumni are MacEwan University’s greatest legacy and vital members of our university community. As such, we are committed to supporting their continued growth, celebrating their achievements and strengthening their connection with the university – as volunteers, returning students, employees, advocates, donors and mentors.

The Alumni Office has compiled a list of the ways we can help you reach out to alumni to share your news, events or invite them back to campus to support you in classrooms through speaking opportunities, volunteering or participating in panels.

Our new intranet page includes information on creating a submission to our newsletter that reaches over 30,000 alumni monthly, how to nominate an alum for an award or access our volunteer appreciation gifts when you have an alum on campus.

It also is home to our new employee alumni badge that was designed as a way for staff and faculty to distinguish themselves as graduates and show their sense of pride amongst their colleagues.
