Over the last few months MS Teams has seen a number of updates/improvements to help you save time:

Add a meeting through Teams

Adding external guests to a meeting

• Set meeting options (who can screen share, enter the meeting, etc.)

• Call participants who aren’t in the meeting (i.e., late)

• Meeting details (i.e., information in the description field)

Breakout rooms

• Set a duration for your status (e.g., one hour)

• Polls

• Lists (i.e., easy spreadsheets)
