MacEwan University Transportation Services is pleased to announce that it is now offering HonkPASS, a new digital punch card option for on-campus surface lot parking.

In this new normal, we recognize that your parking schedule may be less predictable than it used to be. If you’re parking at MacEwan several times a month, but not enough to justify purchasing a monthly pass, HonkPASS is a flexible, cost-effective solution.

HonkPASS is a prepaid pack of electronic parking credits that can be redeemed for full-day parking sessions at any of MacEwan’s surface lots. We are currently offering five-day passes and 10-day passes. Purchased credits remain valid for two months from the purchase date.

This new offering is completely contactless, enabling you to validate your parking before you even leave the house! With HonkPASS you’ll never have to use a parking meter again.

To purchase HonkPASS credits:

  • Download the HonkMobile app or visit HonkMobile.com
  • Search for your preferred MacEwan University surface lot
  • Select “Monthly Parking”
  • Choose either 10 passes or five passes

Once purchased, your HonkPASS can be used at any MacEwan surface lot. If you have questions about HonkPASS or parking on campus, please email parking@macewan.ca.
