Blackboard Collaborate Ultra

As of October 30, Blackboard Inc. stopped redirecting the old Collaborate tool to the new Collaborate Ultra tool inside Blackboard LMS. If you are using an older version of Collaborate, you may be experiencing error messages when you try connecting with Collaborate Ultra.

Most faculty are already using Collaborate Ultra for their synchronous sessions. However, if you need to switch, watch this video to learn how to disable the older Collaborate.
