As part of the Valley Line West LRT project, drainage work near 104 Avenue and 110 Street will result in the following disruptions starting May 13, for approximately 10 weeks:

Vehicle access

  • Access to and from 104 Avenue from the north side of 110 Street (MacEwan University – Gate D) will be closed.
  • Traffic between 105 Street and 121 Street on 104 Avenue will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
  • Traffic between 105 Street and 111 Street will shift to the south side of the road.
  • Turn movements will be maintained where possible.

Pedestrian access

  • Pedestrian routes will remain open, but detours will be in place. Please follow all posted signage in the area.

Construction schedule and other notes

  • Work hours will be:
    • Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
    • Sunday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Noise can be expected during construction.
