AREA 2 – Access Closures on 104 Avenue at 108 Street

On or around March 24, Marigold Infrastructure Partner crews will be starting drainage works on the south side of 104 Avenue at 108 Street.

To accommodate this work, access to/from 104 Avenue from the south side of 108 Street will be closed. Traffic in the area has been shifted north and permanently reduced to two lanes in either direction. Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.

Pedestrian access will be maintained; however, detours will be in place. Please follow project wayfinding signage in the area.

This work will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Sundays), and is expected to last two weeks.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

Drivers:

  • Access to/from 104 Avenue from the south side of 108 Street will be closed.
  • Motorists are asked to use 103 Avenue as a detour.
  • Traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 121 Street has been shifted north.
  • Traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 121 Street has been permanently reduced to two lanes in either direction.
  • Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.

Pedestrians:

  • Pedestrian traffic will be maintained; however, detours will be in place.
  • Please observe all project wayfinding signage in the area.

Other impacts:

  • Construction will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sundays).
  • There will be noise associated with this work. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to the public.

  • This work is expected to last two weeks.
