Did you know that March is recognized as Nutrition Month in Canada? This provides a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of healthy eating and overall nutrition.
This session will help participants make healthier meals and snack choices at work and avoid mindless eating. Learn how to plan healthy workday lunches and well-portioned snacks, staying energized without caffeine, and discovering useful tools to stay on track.
