The Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity (CSGD) and kihêw waciston are thrilled to host Tipi Confessions as the show returns home to amiskwaciwâskahikan!
The thoughtful and sexy show features performances, storytelling and anonymous audience confessions. Tipi Confessions is not only sexy. Audiences are reminded that sex is always also political.
Tipi Confessions is produced by two Indigenous women: PhD student Kirsten Lindquist (Métis Nation of Alberta), and Assistant Professor (MacEwan University) and PhD student Brittany Johnson (Beaver First Nation).
We invite you to experience the show everyone can’t stop raving about on Tuesday. November 12 in the Tim Ryan Theatre Lab. Reception at 6 p.m.: featuring community organizations and campus programs. Doors at 6:30 p.m. Show at 7 p.m. Cash bar and concession available before the show and during intermission. Show: 18+ (government ID required).
