On or around October 18, Marigold crews will be performing drainage works at the north side of 112 Street on 104 Avenue.

To accommodate this work, access to/from 104 Avenue from the north side of 112 Street will be closed. Traffic on 104 Avenue between 122 Street and 110 Street has been shifted south and lane reductions are in place. Access to Unity Square Centre, Village at Unity Square and Allard Hall will be maintained; however, detours may be in place. Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.

Pedestrian access will be maintained on the south side of 104 Avenue. Some crosswalks across 104 Avenue will be closed. Please follow project wayfinding signage in the area.

This work will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sundays), however, the traffic pattern will remain in place until the work is complete.

This access closure is expected to last two weeks.

To accommodate this work, the public will be impacted in the following areas:

Drivers:

  • Access to/from 104 Avenue from the north side of 112 Street will be closed.
  • Traffic on 104 Avenue between 122 Street and 110 Street has been shifted south.
  • Access to Unity Square Centre, Village at Unity Square and Allard Hall will be maintained.
  • Turn movements will be maintained where access permits.

  • Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on the south side of 104 Avenue.
  • Some crosswalks across 104 Avenue will be closed.
  • Please observe all project wayfinding signage in the area.

    • Construction will occur during daytime hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sundays).
    • There will be noise associated with this work. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to the public.
