Update your contact information and your work location information.
It is now more important than ever to have your workstation or office location up to date, awareness means safety and security. This information is important for departments such as Human Resources, Campus Security, and Facilities, as well as GMUFA and MSA to be able to easily locate staff and provide support to them as needed.
To help us serve you better, please take the time to check that your contact information and desk location is correct in the FIMS system.
For location, visit the Staff Directory (Read Only) view in FIMS (must be logged in portal first) and search your name to determine your current location in the system.
If your name needs to be updated or your location is blank or incorrect please notify FIMs@macewan.ca with your update. This email is for FIMs related issues only and not for support questions.

For updates to phone numbers, please update your ‘business’ phone number in PeopleSoft Self Service.
