The Centre for Teaching and Learning continues its delivery of intercultural competence professional development to help you expand intercultural competence in your practice and your students. This program will support you as you develop your intercultural competence and prepare to guide students in developing their cultural competence.
Studying culture and responding to cultural diversity has shifted from simple study abroad programs for students to a recognition that students need to have a more diverse skillset in cultural competence. How are you addressing the complexities that students need to navigate in their learning and when they graduate? This program aims to help you create a more inclusive practice.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of all the components of the program level.
