A new enhancement to the PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service was implemented recently.

Employees who are out-of-scope or members of the MacEwan Staff Association (MSA) can see the vacation hours they should take before December 31.

Navigation within PeopleSoft:

Employee Self Service > Time > Leave/Comp Time

The vacation hours are projected to the end of the calendar year based on the employees’ accrual rates and current vacation balance. Please note that the projected balance does not consider any planned vacation.

Please take a moment to review your projected vacation balance and ensure appropriate vacation plans have been discussed with your supervisor to align with the terms and conditions of employment and/or your Collective Agreement.
