The Mental Health & Well-being: Essentials for Faculty & Staff course is available to all MacEwan employees (out of scope, MacEwan Staff Association and Faculty Association).

This blended course provides foundational information regarding mental health concepts and practices. It allows you to assess your own mental health, identify resources and develop strategies for supporting your mental health. It also provides insights to support other’s mental health and to recognize and challenge stigma. Completing the eLearning is a pre-requisite to attend the in-person classroom session. The eLearning course is in mêskanâs. To self-enroll in the eLearning part of this course click here.

Our next in-person offering is on June 11 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. To register on MacEwan Life click here.
