Join your peers and academic coach Dr. Jennifer Askey on March 5, 2024 ( 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. MST). 

Designing Your Career: A Workshop for Mid-Career Faculty is an interactive, half-day virtual workshop for tenured faculty to re-energize and focus their career planning at mid-career.  Participants will leave with a preliminary roadmap for the next two years of their career, resources for weekly accountability and a list of resources for further learning.  

The workshop covers:

  • Creating a vision of professional success
  • Prioritizing career and personal goals
  • Conducting an engagement audit of commitments
  • Outlining a roadmap for the next three to four semesters
  • Research on productivity and wellbeing to support them
