1. Locate the QR code on the snack vending machine, which can typically be found near the payment terminal on the vending machine.

2. Scan the QR code using your mobile device.

3. Complete the step-by-step form with the requested information, this form will pop up once you scan the QR code on your device.

This efficient QR code system is designed to provide a quick and hassle-free refund experience. Please be aware that while the primary method for refunds is through the QR code, there are also cash floats available on campus for direct customer refunds for snack vending machine only.

If needed, cash floats can be accessed at the following locations:

– Office of University Registrar

– Sport & Wellness

– Residence Front Desk
