MacEwan’s Employee Code of Conduct course has been updated and is now available to all faculty and staff. This online course will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

All employees, including casual employees and faculty members with sessional appointments, are required to complete the course by January 12, 2024.

To access the Employee Code of Conduct (ECOC) eLearning course: 

  • On the left in the Dashboard navigation window, click on My Courses. The ECOC course will appear in the courses that are available for you to take.
  • If the course does not appear, please search ECOC using the search field.

Note: Due to a technical error in mêskanâs, some employees received an email with a certificate of completion on November 7, 2023. Even if you received the certificate, you must complete the updated training. Please disregard the email from November 7.
