The ERP team would like to announce an updated version of all modules of PeopleSoft, including Campus Solutions, HCM and Finance, which will be available on Monday, October 16.
When will PeopleSoft be updated?
PeopleSoft updates are scheduled for the weekend of October 14. Our planned outage for PeopleSoft is between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Saturday, October 14. You will be able to resume your normal PeopleSoft activities when you come to work Monday, October 16.
What are the updates?
The update will focus solely on upgrades to PeopleTools, PeopleSoft’s underlying technology components. Therefore, there will be no major functional changes – only noticeable aesthetic updates. The technology upgrade will also improve the overall security of PeopleSoft applications and move us into vendor vendor-supported version.

- A Campus Solutions Training & Instructions link will be available on the mêskanâs dashboard after the upgrade is completed (available for all staff and faculty).
