Starting August 14, 2023, MacEwan University is using ApplyProof to provide international students with their Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Letter of Admission (LOA). It provides a valid, secure and transparent way to access their IRCC LOA online from anywhere. When a student receives their Letter of Admission from MacEwan University, they will also receive an email to their MacEwan Gmail directly from ApplyProof with a link to their website. The student logs into ApplyProof and views their IRCC LOA. They can share the validated document with others, such as Agents (if they have one).

Instructional materials are available in the mêskanâs Campus Solutions Training & Instructions resources site in the Staff Content section. They include how the student accesses ApplyProof and how they can view, download and share their IRCC LOA.
