The MacEwan Residence team is excited for our annual Move-in Day on Friday, September 1 in Allard Hall Atrium from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
We are welcoming nearly 500 first-time residents, and we need your help! We are looking for volunteers for the following positions:
- Greeters in Allard Hall and MacEwan Residence – responsible for welcoming parents and residents and providing information/directions.
- Move-in bin booth by the Elder Jerry Wood Atrium – responsible for issuing move-in bins to residents and tracking their use/return.

We are very flexible with shifts! Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
