Construction Notice – Lane Closures on 104 Avenue Between 107 Street and 109 Street for Drainage Work

Area 2 UPDATE – This work is scheduled to begin August 7, 2023.

Marigold Infrastructure Partners will begin drainage works on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street.

This work will be performed in four phases. To accommodate this, traffic on 104 Avenue between 107 Street and 109 Street will be shifted away from the work site and reduced to two lanes in either direction. This lane reduction will be permanent in order to accommodate the footprint of the Valley Line West LRT.

Traffic on 109 Street at the 104 Avenue intersection will also be shifted away from the work zone and reduced to two lanes in either direction.

Pedestrian access will be maintained; however, detours may be implemented.

Construction will occur during the day (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday).

This work is expected to last four months.
