Collaborate Ultra is being decommissioned and faculty will no longer be able to access their recordings after April 30, 2023.
Remember to download and save any recordings that you may need for future use by April 24, 2023. After the decommissioning date, these recordings will no longer be available, so it is important that you take action now to ensure that you have access to them in the future.
- If your recordings were generated after August 31, 2022, in paskwâwi-mostos mêskanâs, here is a video tutorial on how you can access, download, and share those recordings with others.
- If you are unable to locate the recordings in your mêskanâs courses, the recordings were likely generated in Blackboard Learn, between January 1, 2021 and August 31, 2022. To find out about these recordings, please email techsupport@macewan.ca with the following information:
- your Blackboard course and section information (e.g., MGTS-107-OP99-2021Sp_Su)
- the Collaborate session name(s) (e.g., Monday lectures)
- the approximate date when the recordings were created (e.g., between July 1 to Aug 30, 2021)
Beginning May 1, 2023, Kaltura Virtual Classroom will be MacEwan’s new video conferencing platform, replacing Collaborate Ultra.
