The new Career Development Fund (CDF) form is now available in the Forms Cabinet.

The CDF covers tuition, conference registration and/or workshop fees for continuing MSA Members and Out of Scope employees in pay Band 5 or below.

The fund may be used for training that:

• Enhances the employee’s capacity to perform work in their current role; or

• Prepares the employee for an expanded or different role at MacEwan.

This fund now has a redesigned form to improve the approval workflow and administrative efficiency.
