Transportation Services is thrilled to partner with Alberta Bike Swap to host Edmonton Bike Swap 2022! This annual, non-profit event, held in communities throughout Alberta, provides a safe way for Albertans to buy and sell bikes. All bikes sold at the swap have been through a basic safety and mechanical check, making the swap a safer place to purchase a bike than at a garage sale or online marketplace.

Volunteers Needed
Alberta Bike Swap is looking for volunteers to help get more people on good bikes! Volunteers are still needed for several positions for this event, including:

  • Safety/Security
  • Kids Bike Swap lead
  • Kids Bike Swap Safety Screener
  • Transaction Desk
  • Seller Info Data Collection
  • Pricing and Labelling

Parkade Access
Please note, to prepare for the event, there will be no access to City Centre Parkade after 4 p.m. on May 13 or on May 14. No vehicles can remain in the parkade during the event.
