Yesterday the province released Budget 2022. Government has followed through on its commitment to maintain our operating grant at last year’s amount.

We are pleased that the provincial budget includes investments in the post-secondary sector, aligned with our strategic vision.  We will have the opportunity to apply for additional funding to support work integrated learning, micro-credentials, and high demand programs. We are committed to building on our reputation as an exceptional undergraduate teaching university.

I’d like to thank all of you for your continued hard work and dedication to our students. I look forward to the many conversations we will have as we collectively advance Teaching Greatness.
