During Mental Health Week, staff, faculty and out-of-scope team members are invited to learn more about how to recognize and cultivate mental wellbeing. The Working Mind is a half-day, virtual program designed to address and promote mental health and reduce mental illness stigma in the workplace. In this session, you will learn:
- Facts about mental health
- How to develop the ability to recognize symptoms of declining mental health in yourself and others
- How to enhance your capacity for self-care
- How you can support the creation of workplace well-being and health.
