All MacEwan University faculty are invited to apply to serve as faculty co-chair of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Education Committee (SVPEC) for a 30-month term, beginning in January 2022 and ending in June 2024.

SVPEC is comprised of students, faculty and staff, and is tasked with building, implementing and maintaining a coordinated and cohesive approach to sexual violence education, awareness and prevention in order to effectively address sexual violence at MacEwan University.

The faculty co-chair provides leadership to SVPEC, with a focus on supporting the committee’s faculty engagement efforts and promoting faculty research on sexual violence. Please see the application form for more information.
