Did you know that in the month of August, Facilities received and completed 732 requests for new keys from MacEwan staff? In the first three weeks of September, we have already received and completed 596 key requests.

Each MacEwan department has one individual who is authorized to request keys for that department. If you are unsure who the key requestor is in your department, you can send an email to facilities@macewan.ca for assistance. Please be patient if you have recently submitted a key request – you will receive an email alert when it is ready to be picked up at the Security Dispatch office.
