As staff and faculty work with their managers/supervisors to plan their return to campus, we encourage everyone to plan to set up workstations and equipment in advance whenever possible:

  • Monitors/computer accessories
  • Laptop docking station
  • Network/wifi access
  • Printing

If users run into technical issues, they should request assistance from Technology Support by emailing techsupport@macewan.ca. As there may be significant demand, we ask for your patience with any delays in service. Please know we’re working to provide the best levels of service in a timely way.
