Annual enrolment period: November 24 to December 5

Your opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits coverage for the 2026 plan year is approaching.  Beginning November 24, visit the GreenShield admin site at https://benadmin.ibenefits.ca/portal/member/ to complete your enrolment.

Your elections made during this annual enrolment will take effect on January 1, 2026. If you do not complete your annual enrolment, your benefits coverage will remain the same as in 2025.

Benefit plan updates for 2026

  • There are no changes in the coverage available within each level of the benefits plan.
  • There will be a slight increase in health and dental premiums. Short-term disability premiums will also increase, which is an employer-paid benefit.
  • GreenShield’s new Hormonal Health Program will be added and claims for this program will now be eligible for submission through your Health Spending Account.
