Pay Period 26, Nov. 30 – Dec. 13, 2025

- Submission to Human Resources: End of day, Dec. 1
- Submission to Payroll: 12 p.m., Dec. 9
Pay Period 01 – Dec. 14-27, 2025

Other Important Deadlines:
- Sessional SmartHR templates for the Winter 2026 term should be submitted before Dec. 5, 2025
- Winter casual appointments/extensions should be submitted before Dec. 5, 2025
Time Approvers: If you are planning to be out of the office in December and January, please ensure you delegate your time approvals accordingly.
