A recent update to Windows 11 has affected the authentication component of FIMS (Facilities Information Management System), which is used to create work orders.

The update has caused issues with FIMS not being able to load, or individuals getting an “access denied” screen.

This happens from time to time, and the only current fix is to wait or try another browser; some individuals have had success rotating through Microsoft Edge, MS Browser, Chrome and Opera.
