The Mental Health & Well-being: Essentials for Faculty & Staff course is available to all MacEwan employees (out of scope, MacEwan Staff Association and Faculty Association).

This blended course provides foundational information regarding mental health concepts and practices. It allows you to assess your own mental health, identify resources and develop strategies for supporting your mental health. It also provides insights to support other’s mental health and to recognize and challenge stigma. Completing the eLearning is a pre-requisite to attend the in-person classroom session. The eLearning course is in mêskanâs and is available for self-enrollment.

Our next in-person offering is on October 2 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Register today on MacEwan Life.
